Description: This dataset represents the locations and attributes of Department of Public Works (DPW) parking stall assets maintained by the Operational Services Division (OSD) within Los Angeles County jurisdiction. Parking stalls represent designated parking spaces and associated pavement markings at County-maintained locations and may include standard and accessible parking configurations.This layer was developed to support asset management, field maintenance, parking stall inventory and tracking, pavement marking maintenance, and integration with the County’s Asset Management System, Trimble Unity.Field Definitions / Attribute Overview:This dataset contains key attribute fields describing each parking stall asset. Note that values may be missing as this is an ongoing effort to reconcile and input our asset data. Notable/unique fields for Parking Stalls include:CW_ASSETID – Also known as TUMS Asset ID, is the active unique identifier associated with each asset in Trimble Unity Maintain.STATUS – Indicates the operational status of the parking stall asset, such as Active, Inactive, Proposed, Abandoned, In Construction, or Unknown.LAC_OWNER – Identifies the Los Angeles County ownership or responsible entity associated with the parking stall location, when available.STALL_QTY – Total quantity of parking stalls represented by the asset record.MAT_TYPE – Identifies the pavement marking material used for the parking stalls, such as Paint or Thermoplastic.HCAP – Indicates whether handicapped / accessible parking stalls are present.HCAP_QTY – Quantity of handicapped / accessible parking stalls represented by the asset record.STALL_TYPE – Identifies the parking stall configuration, such as Straight or Angled.LINE_TYPE – Identifies the parking stall line configuration as Single or Double.STALL_LENGTH – Length of the parking stall.STALL_WIDTH – Width of the parking stall.ORIG_INST_DATE – Original installation date of the parking stall asset, when available.LAST_MAINT_DATE – Date the parking stall asset was last maintained, when available.Last Updated or update frequency: 2026Loaded September 2026 per Ticket #267185
